About Rylee Herndon

Rylee Herndon, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in community healthcare and the management of acute and chronic conditions. She earned her Master of Nursing Practice degree from Samford University and has spent the past nine years providing patient-centered care in home health and urgent care settings.

Rylee has experience caring for adult and geriatric populations through comprehensive health assessments, preventive screenings, medication management, advanced care planning, and patient education. She is skilled in performing detailed clinical evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care. She is also experienced in facilitating goals-of-care discussions and supporting shared decision-making to help patients achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Outside of work, Rylee enjoys spending time with her family and dachshund, traveling, canning seasonal produce, and working on DIY projects.
