About Danielle Swap

Danielle is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience serving patients throughout Central Florida. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2004 and later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at South University in 2019. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Danielle has extensive experience caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of clinical settings, including infectious disease, hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and in-home primary care. Her clinical focus includes chronic disease management, infectious disease care, and improving access to high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, their two children, and two grandchildren. She also enjoys offshore fishing, camping, gardening, and competitive running, and has completed an Ironman competition.
